The App does not collect any personal information. However, it may request the following system permissions to provide its features:

• Calendar Access: Used to add task items to your calendar

Data Storage

• All data created in the App is stored on your device or in iCloud.
• When using iCloud synchronization, data is stored in your iCloud account through Apple’s CloudKit framework.

Data Retention Period

• Data within the App is retained until you manually delete it.
• When you delete the App, all data stored on your device is deleted with it.

3. Third-Party Data Sharing

The Company does not share user data with external parties.

4. Technical and Administrative Protection Measures

The Company implements the following protective measures to securely protect user data:

• Use of Apple’s security frameworks
• Encrypted storage of local data
• Compliance with Apple’s security protocols for iCloud synchronization

5. User Rights and Exercise

Users can exercise the following rights:

• Delete all data by removing the App
• Manage synchronization data through iCloud settings
